Terms of service

1. All commission prices are NOT for Commercial Use.
↳ For commercial work, please discuss with me beforehand as the price will vary.2. Payment is made via Ko-Fi ( You will pay the fee which is around 15$ )3. All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
↳ Unless it's a vtuber model Commission then you pay 50% first and 50% after the model is done4. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the drawing.5. I allow changes only during the sketch phase, after the lineart is done I will NOT change anything, unless you pay for reviewing Fee
↳ Howard for Vtuber models I allow changes recommended by the rigger even after delivery of the end result model6. Working speed may vary depending on the queue. It might take 1-3 month max for me to finish your commission. I will inform you in advance if I cannot complete your order in due time.7. If I were to take on a deadline there would be an extra fee for pushing the art up above the queue.8. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
↳ You are not allowed to resell the model I make for you without informing me first.9. Commissioner may post the artwork on their personal space/media.10. I have the right to refuse a commission without needing a reason.11. I will only refund you if I failed to deliver a sketch within a month and half, or if I'm unable to continue your commission for whatever reason

How to order

Provide a clear reference ( preferably 1 or 2 ) of the character you want me to draw, along with the important details I might need for the commission like the pose, expressions, background you want3.After discussing your commission details and agreeing to the price you will go to my Ko-Fi and pay FULL price in case of regular commissions and 50% In case of Vtuber commissions, where you will pay the remain 50% after approving to the sketch4.I will work on your commission after I received the payment.5. The finished work will be sent to you via email.
